At Mohawk at Home, customer
satisfaction is our primary concern. If there is a
problem with your order, please allow us to make it
right. To make a return, Please call our Customer
Service department at (800)962-5660 ext. 250 (8:30 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. EST) to
obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN). No returns
can be accepted without a RAN
In the event the return is due to a
Mohawk at Home
error, the order will be picked up either by UPS or
truck at our expense. If the return is due to
customer error, return expense will be the
responsibility of the customer. Upon request,
Mohawk at Home will arrange the pickup for a
charge of $10.00 plus actual shipping charges.
When returning an item, please follow these steps:
- Repack the item(s) in the original shipping carton with adequate packing to prevent damage.
- Print a copy of the Mohawk at Home Product Return Form
- Fill out the form and include it and a copy of the original packing slip in the shipping carton.
- Write the R.A.N. and the Customer Account Number on the outside of the shipping carton.

Items returned may be subject to a 20% restock charge.
Items custom made to customer preference may NOT be returned.
